Sand Art Brownies
Layer the brownie ingredients in a glass jar and write an instruction card. It’s as easy as that! If you don’t have self raising flour, use same amount of flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder.

What you need
3/4 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup walnuts
Method
Layer the ingredients into a glass jar starting with flour, then baking soda, cocoa, sugar, salt, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Place lid on a jar.
Write an instruction card using the “how to” below.
How to use brownie mix
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius.
Mix all ingredients together with 1 cup unsweetened apple puree.
Transfer to a lightly oiled 20 x 20cm baking dish.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until centre is set.
